针对现行民用建筑鉴定标准适用于既有公共建筑可靠性鉴定时的内容不足、评价方法保守和评价结果信息量过少的弊端，在原可靠性鉴定规范的基础上综合国内现行规范，建立了包含抗震性能、耐久性、防火性能的既有公共建筑可靠性能评价体系。基于可拓理论将研究对象、评价指标和指标特征结合成物元，通过物元表达式建立了既有公共建筑的可拓评价模型，同时基于MATLAB编制可拓评价程序。(In view of the shortcomings that lack of appraisal contents ,conservative method of evaluation and little information of the evaluation result ,when the existing standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings is applied to the reliability evaluation of existing public buildings, the reliability evaluation system of existing public buildings based on existing Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings including seismic performance, durability and fire resistance is established.
