Introduction Fiber-to-the-Premises solutions today vary from high-bandwidth, symmetrical and dedicated fiber Ethernet-to-the- Home (ETTH), to traditional TDM PON, such as Gigabit PON (GPON), solutions that are asymmetrical, share bandwidth among users and are not flexible nor scalable to address various residential requirements and enterprises in one infrastructure.

A new concept of tracking ball has been applied of detecting the ball in one frame by finding centroid ball ,finding histogram of the ball region and correlating it with candidate s histogram (by scanning the complete image) in subsequent frames. Matching of histogram indicates presence of ball ,hence tracks it.
