matlab滤波器,里面有三个方法滤波，用来滤波音频文件的(matlab filter, there are three ways to filter, for filtering the audio file)

SET PARTITON INTO HIERARCHIAL TREES:IT IS THE GENERALISATION OF THE EZW ALGORITHM IN A MANNER THAT TENDS TO KEEP INSIGNIFICANT COEFFICIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGER SUBSETS

这是之前上传的Extract_test_IMFCC程序里面调用的子函数，作配合使用，请看清楚再下载(This is one subfunction of Extract_test_IMFCC uploaded before.Since pudn.com cannot upload several functions, they must divided.)

该算法在优化方面性能比较好，可用于函数极值，解方程，并且在前向神经网络权值和网络结构的训练也表现了不错的性能(The algorithm in the optimization performance is better, can be used in extreme value function, solve equations, and the former to the neural network weights and network structure of training has shown good performance)

heaviside函数，用于关联维数计算，三线法计算关联维数中的斜率(heaviside function, calculated for the correlation dimension, three-line method to calculate the slope of the correlation dimension)
