求图像在hsv颜色空间下三个通道的颜色矩(colormoment in hsv colorspace)

二阶B样条小波边缘检测 处理后的图像为多尺度下的边缘检测图像 还需要进行边缘图像的匹配(Second-order B-spline wavelet edge detection image processing for multi-scale edge detection to the edge of the image also need to match image)

此算法为基于k-means聚类的非局部均值快速去噪算法，方法便捷有效，可保持边缘信息(this is a fast edge-preserving denoising method based on non-local means method with k-means clustering)
