这是我做的一个二维傅里叶变换的程序，可以对图像进行2DFFT变换得到频谱图，并利用2DIFFT得到原图像(I do a two-dimensional Fourier transform procedure, 2DFFT transform spectrogram image and utilize 2DIFFT original image)

说明：  GDAL2.1.1版本动态库dll，vs2010版本编译，包括x64版本和x86版本。(Gdal2.1.1 dynamic library DLL, VS2010 version compilation, including x64 version and x86 version.)

说明：  在对多光谱遥感影像进行大气校正处理以后，可以利用K_T变换矩阵对其进行水体提取，该算法效果较好(After the atmospheric correction of the multispectral remote sensing image, the water body can be extracted by using the k transform matrix, and the effect of the algorithm is good.)
