说明：  基于内容的图像检索主颜色直方图的提取，从图像的获取到直方图现实到特征的提取，最后根据图像检索出与所给图像最相似的图像。(Content-based image retrieval dominant color histogram extracted from the images to get to the real histogram feature extraction, the last based on the image to retrieve the image with the most similar images.)
