PicHistogram

一款强大的图片显示软件，能对各种图片进行常规的图片处理(A powerful image display software, conventional image processing of various pictures)

用C++编写的bmp图片的显示程序，方法比较简单，很早以前写的。(Written in C++ bmp image display program, the method is relatively simple, written long ago.)

主要是在内存中读取bmp图片 只要是一些dc的常规用法 新手，望高手别见笑(Bmp picture is read in memory As long as some of the dc common usage)

说明：  自己写的用OpenCV计算BMP和JPEG等格式图像直方图，写入TXT文件并在对话框中显示出来的VC6.0程序，请注意：我用的是OpenCV1.0开发的(Write your own calculation using OpenCV formats such as BMP and JPEG image histogram, write TXT file and in the dialog box shown VC6.0 procedures, please note: I use the OpenCV1.0 development)

说明：  使用开源jpg2000库写的简易jpg2000格式图像的显示，以及与其他bmp，jpg等格式的转换，带有jpg2000库源码(Jpg2000 using open-source library written in simple format jpg2000 display images, as well as with other bmp, jpg format conversion, etc., with a Treasury source jpg2000)

说明：  封装好的标准jpeg编/解码器类，可直接加入工程使用，支持多种方式的输入输出，决对好用。(Packaging good standard jpeg encoder/decoder class can be directly used to join the project and support the input and output a variety of ways, never to use.)
