图像处理类库，支持JPEG、PNG、TIFF、BMP、GIF格式( The picture processing class storehouse, supports JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, the GIF form )

说明：  封装好的标准jpeg编/解码器类，可直接加入工程使用，支持多种方式的输入输出，决对好用。(Packaging good standard jpeg encoder/decoder class can be directly used to join the project and support the input and output a variety of ways, never to use.)

Visual C开发的用于显示出来GIF动画的一个程序源码，，非常有意思，你能下载去看一看，也许对你有启发。 (GIF animation of a program source code for Visual C developers show up, very interesting, you can download to take a look, maybe you have inspired.)

bmp转化为JPG的代码，使用GDI。很好用，兄弟们不用走弯路了。(code for bmp2jpg,using gdi.it is well to use.)

说明：  自己写的用OpenCV计算BMP和JPEG等格式图像直方图，写入TXT文件并在对话框中显示出来的VC6.0程序，请注意：我用的是OpenCV1.0开发的(Write your own calculation using OpenCV formats such as BMP and JPEG image histogram, write TXT file and in the dialog box shown VC6.0 procedures, please note: I use the OpenCV1.0 development)

打开图像程序，在左上角显示，基本支持全格式(Open the image process, in the upper left shows the basic support full format)

运用Visual C++，实现对彩色BMP图像的读取，并且能够显示出来。(Use Visual C++, achieve the right color BMP images read, and can be displayed.)

说明：  用于对存在噪声的图片进行3*3的中值过滤与均值过滤！(There is noise on the image for a 3* 3 median filter and mean filter!)
