该程序为自编的一个关于模拟莱斯衰落信道的整个过程，包括信号的调制、经过莱斯信道和解调，最后经过计算误比特率得出莱斯信道的性能的好坏。(The program for the self-simulation of a Rician fading channel the entire process, including the signal modulation, channel, after Rice and demodulation, and finally calculated BER Rice come to channel the good and bad performance.)
