EnergyWise1 does the actual savings calculation and simulates the thermal state within the kettle. heatexp1 and Tregres is used when you want to determine your own kettle s UA value. This is a fun activity to do when you have time. The mathematics may seem complicated, but I tried to make it as simple as possible without compromising on accuracy. See the .doc file I included.
