基于matlab画出当天单个家庭负荷曲线(Drawing a single family load curve for the day based on MATLAB)

图像分割的阈值法，最小误差法，全局阈值，提取目标。(Image segmentation threshold method, minimum error method.)

说明：  1.学习使用fft2,ifft2,fftshift,ifftshift函数。用fft2函数对”lena.bmp”做二维傅立叶变换，并显示其频谱，用fftshift函数将频谱坐标原点移动到图像中心。用ifft2函数做傅立叶反变换。（提示：显示频谱时，可以先对频谱取对数，这样可以压缩动态范围很大的频谱，获得更好的显示效果）(1. Learn to use fft2, ifft2, fftshift, ifftshift functions. With the FFT 2 function, the lena.bmp'The two-dimensional Fourier transform is performed and the spectrum is displayed. 我的毕业设计，用matlab编的关键帧提取的代码，参考了光流法的代码。是基于帧差的欧式距离，均值，方差，差异系数下的关键帧提取。代码调试通过，运行结果理想，与大家分享下。(I graduated from design, matlab key frame extraction for the code, with reference to code optical flow method. 说明：   针对雾天下拍摄图像的退化现象，远景部分是一块灰度分布比较集中且接近天空亮度的区域，而近景部分可以分辨，其灰度分布比较分散。提出了一种基于遗传算法阈值分割的雾天图像增强方法；该方法首先用遗传算法求出近远景的分割阈值将图像分割[1]出来，然后对两个部分分别进行清晰化处理。(make the picture clear)
