Vb屏幕截图程序，与抓屏、抓图类似的程序，运行后隐藏在Windows的托盘处，通过托盘图标可显示主窗体或选择执行的操作选项。本截图工具可以设定鼠标拖动区域来截图、或者指定区域截图。本程序来自国外网站，窗体语言为英文，英文好的可翻译成中文显示。

说明：  每种效果都是通过ajax回调来增长进度条的刻度。该loading进度条插件简单实用，适用于各类网站制作loading进度条效果(Each effect increases the scale of the progress bar through Ajax callbacks. The loading progress bar plug-in is simple and practical. It is suitable for making loading progress bar effect on various websites.)
