一个access vba的源码，功能为根据读取xml，csv来实现数据分析，并保存到access db，生成报表，支持预览及打印功能，是用日语做的，说明书以及操作用的xml，csv也包含其中。(An access vba source code, function according to read xml, csv to data analysis, and save it to access db, generate reports, preview and printing support is done in Japanese, manuals, and operating with the xml, csv also included.)

真实反照率计算程序，根据查找表将黑天空和白天空反照率转换为真实反照率，附件带查找表(Real albedo calculation program, according to a lookup table to convert the black sky and white sky albedo albedo is true, the lookup table with annex)

说明：  本项目运行于Linux，是根据交易空间和发电负荷双方的报价，计算交易市场集中出清的程序。数据库使用国产达梦6数据库，数据库接口使用libdcisg_dm.so。(This project runs on Linux. Based on trade space and Generation/Load bids, it clears the trade market and calculates the Generation/Load accepted bids. It use the DM6 database and the DB interface uses libdcisg_dm.so)
