去噪，一个非常好的去噪源代码，简单好用，设置方便(Denoising, denoising source code is a very good, easy to use and easy set up)

该源代码可以直接下载下来使用，而且是地地道道的对RGB图像进行分割，我已经测试通过了。(The source code can be directly downloaded to use, but also out-and-out on the RGB image partition, I have the test passed.)

说明：  显著性检测的代码，是程明明在12年的CVPR的文章，HC,RC的算法源码。(The code for saliency detection is the source code of Cheng Mingming's CVPR article, HC, RC, in 12 years.)

说明：  可以实现基于matlab的加权平均方法的图像融合，亲测有效。(The weighted average method based on matlab can be used for image fusion)
