说明：  用0tsu方法和梯度算法分别对图像进行边缘提取(Use 0tsu method and gradient algorithm to extract the edge of the image respectively)

采用身高和体重数据作为特征，在正态分布假设下估计概率密度，建立最小错误率Bayes分类器，写出得到的决策规则.(Height and weight data used as the feature, under the assumption of normal distribution probability density estimation, establish Bayes minimum error rate classifier, written by the decision-making rules.)

雷达各种信号处理，包括脉冲压缩，相干积累，非相干积累，雷达方向角等(A variety of radar signal processing, including pulse compression, coherent accumulation and non-coherent accumulation, radar azimuth)

由于显卡或者显示器的原因会出现实际输出的图像在亮度上有偏差，而Gamma曲线矫正就是通过一定的方法来矫正图像的这种偏差的方法.(Or because of the graphics display image will appear in the actual brightness of the output deviation, the Gamma correction curve is corrected by a certain method to the method of this bias image.)

说明：  这个是编的BP神经网络的程序，对于初学神经网络的人有很好的借鉴(This is a series of BP neural network program, for the beginner neural network is a good reference)

Crout s algorithm is used when the inversion of large matrices, say 1000X1000 is difficult. So Crout s algorithm uses LU decomposition method to get the same results as the inversion of Matrix.
