正弦脉宽调制，程序给定调制波频率，载波频率，负载功率因数，输出相电压波形，相电流波形。(Sine pwm,the frequecy of modulated wave and carried wave is given in program, also the factor of load.The output is wave of phase voltage and phase current.)
