ColorImageSegmentation

本程序通过水平和垂直灰度投影，框选出灰度面部图像中的眼睛区域。(This program is used to locate eye region in gray facial image by means of horizontal and vertical projection.)

说明：  输入灰度图像，采用pcnn算法进行边缘检测(Input gray image, use PCNN algorithm for edge detection)

EMD端点效应参考代码，包含多个算法：极值平均，边界特征尺度延拓，极值延拓，基于ISBM延拓，平行延拓，镜像延拓(EMD end effect reference code contains multiple algorithms: extreme average, the boundary characteristic scale extension, extreme extension, extension based ISBM parallel extension, mirror extension)

说明：  读取nc文件，可画出温度，盐度，水深和流场图(it can read NC files, and then draw the map of ocean water depth, temperature, salinity and flow quiver field)

说明：  C#实现图像分割，包括图片示例。实现了各种图像分割的算法(C# to write image segmentation system with case images )

[SIAM]Nonlocal Active Contours该文件包含论文及代码，主要内容是在水平集图像分割中引入non-local的性质，构造能量泛函，进行图像分割(this file include both paper and code, the main idea is utilize the non-local peperty in level set method for image segmentation )
