图像拼接算法中尺度不变特征转换（sift）源码。经过本人测试修改完全可用，对matlab还不怎么熟练的新手有很大帮助。(Image mosaic algorithm scale invariant feature transform (sift) source. After I test change is totally available, not on how skilled novice matlab great help.)

图像匹配的实现，其中match.m：测试程序，sift.m :尺度不变特征变换（SIFT算法）的核心算法程序，appendimages.m: 该函数创建一个新的图像分别包含两个匹配的图像和他们之间的匹配对的连接直线，可以运行。 (The realization of image matching, which match.m: test program, sift.m: scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT algorithm) of the core algorithm, appendimages.m: This function creates a new image each consists of two images and matching match between them on the connection line, you can run.)

说明：  使用matlab实现脑磁共振图像的海马体分割(Using MATLAB to segment the hippocampus of brain MR images)

基于最大类间方差准则的阈值分割算法。其基本思想是对像素进行划分，通过划分得到的各类之间的距离达到最大，来确定合适的门限。(Based on the maximum between-cluster variance criteria threshold segmentation algorithm. The basic idea is to divide pixels, obtained through the division of the distance between the various types of maximum, to determine the appropriate threshold.)

说明：  实现opencv的canny算子及其改进，可以自适应生成阈值，包括了几种阈值处理算法(The Canny operator of OpenCV and its improvement can generate threshold adaptively, including several threshold processing algorithms)

一个具备线，矩形，椭圆的画图程序，可以设置颜色，宽度，字体(One with lines, rectangles, ellipses drawing program, you can set the color, width, font)

GS算法中的HIOER函数，可以再自行编写的主程序中进行调用(GS algorithm HIOER main function, you can then write in their own call)

对已得到的图像矩阵进行高斯滤波（卷积），可去燥光滑(Gauss filtering for images)

KMeans图像聚类分割：用K-Means聚类方法来对图像进行分割。主要是对图像的颜色进行聚类。开发环境：VC6，需要安装OpenCV。(KMeans clustering in image segmentation: with K-Means clustering approach to image segmentation. Mainly the color of the image cluster. Development Environment: VC6, need to install OpenCV.)
