求取一幅二值图像包含目标区域的最小矩形框，返回矩形框的上下左右边界，然后根据边界坐标在图上画出目标区域。(Strike the rectangle that contains the smallest rectangular target area in a binary image, return to the top and bottom rectangular box around the border, and then draw the boundary on the map coordinates of the target area.)

说明：  研究生期间做的unscented kalman 滤波程序，带测试例子，vc6编译(Graduate students during the unscented kalman filtering process, with the test example, vc6 compiler)

RAw格式图片的显示，边缘检测，包括SOBEL算子，具有不同模板的拉普拉斯算子边缘检测，以及一些简单的滤波方式(sadfsadf asdfasdf asdf)

基于非下采样轮廓波变换的图像融合。低频分量取平均，高频分量取绝对值最大。(nonsubsampled contourlet transform.Averaged low frequency components, high frequency components of the maximum absolute value.)

多目标检测与跟踪算法的实现，matlab程序，各个函数分开写的，便于调用(Many target detection and tracking algorithm, the realization of the matlab, each function, easy to call the write it separately )

说明：  何凯明暗通道先验图像去雾算法，并用导向滤波进行透射图细化(He Kaiming's prior image defogging algorithm is used to refine the transmission image)
