this m.file is a complete simulation of a chemical fermentation process which is done in Matlab. this job includes an on-line estimationn of the states of a control system and also the identification of the parameters of process. this work can be considered an identification research project to a great extent. there are also different methods to define the Q-matrix like Monte-carlo allghorithm, trial and error method or an inventive method which I will try to attach soon.
