说明：  图像配准，利用互信息进行图像配准，主要针对旋转和平移(Image registration using mutual information for image registration, the main response to rotation and translation)

计算二维图像的分形维数,将彩色图像灰度处理，然后转换成二值图 进行分形维数计算(calculate the fracture dimensions of the picture)

yuv格式的视频分解成每一帧图像，使用的是matlab语言(yuv format video into each frame, using matlab language)

可以实现在matlab中画箭头的功能，只要给定起始点(this program can plot arrow,using the start and end point)

利用固定目标和运动目标之间速度的差别所引起的多普勒频移不同根据在动目标 显示和动目标检测中使用的各种滤波器去除固定杂波提取动目标的回波能够大大 改善在杂波背景下检测运动目标的能力仿真结果显示出很好的效果也给出了改善 因子与积累脉冲数间关系 (radar moving target simulation)

用于运动目标的检测算法，相比于GMM，帧差法，效果更好。(Compared with GMM, frame difference algorithm is more effective for moving object detection.)

说明：  该文件里含有多个图像增强算法，包含图像去雾，对比度增强，引导滤波，限制对比度自适应直方图均衡，直方图均衡等多种算法。(The file contains several image enhancement algorithms, including image defogging, contrast enhancement, guided filtering, contrast limiting, adaptive histogram equalization, histogram equalization and so on.)

实现对输电线路导线舞动的实时检测。并且可对导线舞动的轨迹进行建模。(Galloping on the transmission line to achieve real-time detection. And conductor galloping track can be modeled.)
