Binary Genetic algorithm

一个图像增强程序，用MATLAB编写，针对过曝光和欠曝光，方法简单。(An method for underexposed image processing.)

说明：  matlab实现关联维算法处理心电信号，代码包含在文档中，数据也包含在文件夹中(MATLAB realizes correlation dimension algorithm to process ECG signal, and the code is included in the document)
