说明：  pso算法的matlab实现中有很多共同点，该工具箱对一些共性建立函数，以后可以直接调用(The Tool Box)

中值滤波和均值滤波程序，经常用于数字图像处理中，是基本的图像预处理程序(medium filter and average filter program,it is often used in image progress )
