写一个单周期处理器运行一段mips指令，并包含mips指令转汇编码的程序(Write a single cycle processor to run a section of MIPS instruction)

说明：  基于K7的FPGA的DDR3读写程序，通过串口发送1024位的数据，写到FPGA的DDR3端，然后将数据从DDR3中读取出来，通过串口发送到PC端。(The DDR3 reading and writing program of FPGA based on K7 sends 1024 bit data to DDR3 end of FPGA through serial port, then reads data from DDR3 and sends it to PC through serial port.)

说明：  一个交通灯设计,简单的实现，没有添加其他的显示管(Traffic Light System)

基于Nios II checksum利用 altera的验证C2H accelerator的系统，已用DE-2 board 验证过， 里面还有DMA 方式的 component，Software Code, Custom Instruction, 和普通的component 各做了比较。 对想了解NiosII 系统的应该有很大的帮助。
