基于sift数字图像区域复制粘贴篡改检测

对Lena图像128*128，进行QF=50和QF=40的压缩，然后解压缩，并分别计算压缩图像的PSNR，给出图像压缩后的图像(Lena image of 128* 128,QF=50 and 40 compression, then uncompress, and calculate the PSNR compressed image, after image compression)
