用C#实现一个简单的适配器模式的代码

在VC2013和Opencv平台上，编写了运动检测的代码，包括背景差分、帧差法、光流法、三种方法。配置好环境后，修改一下要读取的视频的路径，即可运行，比较三种方法的优缺点。运动效果在文件里有截图，可自行查看。
