说明：  基于CRAFT的多阶段柔性设备布局优化算法 　　多阶段设备布局下的总成本包括设备拆装成本、物料搬运成本以及区域利用成本,问题的目标是最小化总成本。首先,在分析问题的基础上,建立基于多阶段设备布局优化目标的数学模型 其次,采用改进的CRAFT启发式算法优化单阶段设备布局 进一步,提出基于单阶段设备布局算法的多阶段启发式算法,优化多阶段设备布局 最后,数值实验表明算法优化后总成本降幅达28.57％. 设计出一套完整的系统，对信号进行频谱分析和滤波处理；  1．产生一个连续信号，包含低频，中频，高频分量，对其进行采样，进行频谱分析，分别设计三种高通， 低通，带通滤波器对信号进行滤波处理，观察滤波后信号的频谱。  2.采集一段含有噪音的语音信号（可以录制含有噪音的信号，或者录制语音后再加进噪音信号），对其进行 采样和频谱分析，根据分析结果设计出一合适的滤波器滤除噪音信号。
