电机的驱动是通过控制电机的电流来完成的。电机输出扭矩和输入电流是成比例关系变化的。 PID调节的目标电流I*.电机实际电流I通过ECU进行实时采集，当实际电流I小于给定堵转电路I*时，根据两者的偏差△I（I*-I），进行PID调节，从而获得电机驱动电路的控制电压Uct,驱动电路采用脉宽调制变换器电路即PWM变换器电路，根据要控制的Uc得到PWM值，从而得到作用在电机电枢端的电压值Ud0，从而对电机电流进行控制，因电机输出扭矩Tb =CΦ*I, CΦ根据电机特性为一定值，故对电机电流调节即实现对电机数据扭矩的调节。
