本模块是实现在遥感影像中，针对特定的定位点，直接提取其DN值。首先读取经纬度信息，然后将经纬度信息依照遥感影像IDL的读取规则进行行列号转换，最后利用行列号对影像点进行信息的提取，本程序可实现批量，批量读取，批量导出。
