这个东西可以压缩bmp形式的文件，通过压缩能把文件变得很小。-this thing can be compressed bmp format documents, through compression can become very document.

解决约瑟夫环问题的一个程序-solve a problem of procedure

自己刚编的一个串口测试程序,可以下下来看一下,-their first draft of a serial test procedure can look at the Lower,

基于改进K-means的压缩IP 由于k-means本身受异常点影响较大，这里采用迭代k-means的方法，降低异常点的影响，减少计算量和提高聚类数目的灵活性。并添加合并异常聚类方法，提高聚类的均匀性-K-means based on improved compression IP As k-means itself is influenced by outliers, where an iterative k-means method to reduce the impact of outliers, reducing the number of cluster computing capacity and enhanced flexibility. And add the combined abnormal clustering method to improve the uniformity of clustering

实现对字符的赫夫曼编码，译码，运用栈存储少量字符数据-Realize the characters Huffman encoding, decoding, using a small amount of character data storage stack

VB写的文件压缩算法，速度和压缩比都还可以。（利用了模拟指针）-This algorithm is written in VB,and the speed and compression rate are good overall!

Rar 的控制台解压程序，为rarlab公司发布-Rar console decompression procedures for the rarlab company.

四线电阻测量仪源程序，用四测量方法精确测量电阻，量程0~15000欧姆，-four line resistance measuring instrument source, the measurement methods used four precision measurement of resistance, range 0 ~ 15000 Ohm.

这是一个关于操作系统的进程调度的程序,是用C编的-This is a process of the operating system"s scheduling process, the C series
