基于OpenCV和FFTW实现的相位相关图像匹配程序，需要OpenCV和FFTW库文件的支持。本程序并没有用到OpenCV中的DFT，而是用了FFTW中的FFT，所以速度要快很多。(Based on OpenCV and the FFTW implementation phase correlation image matching procedures, require OpenCV and FFTW library files.
