说明：  倒立摆模糊控制程序，基于matlab编写，用于模糊控制仿真(inverted pendulum control procedures, based on Matlab prepared for Fuzzy Control Simulation)

通过对数据滤波来进行对静态效应的消噪过程，本代码使用了空间滤波、组合滤波、中值滤波等方法进行对比。(Through data filtering to eliminate noise of static effects of the process, the code uses the spatial filtering, a combination of filtering, median filtering and other methods were compared.)

采用的是脉冲对消法，包含特征值与特征向量的提取、训练样本以及最后的识别，利用自然梯度算法，双向PCS控制仿真，包括广义互相关函数GCC时延估计，已调制信号计算其普相关密度。
