使用位图Bitmap类来对窗体进行美化，简单得演示了图形窗体的做法
使用到的API有：BitBlt等
对于文本标签显示到位图上，透明显示。
判断文本标签的方式：在OnCtlColor过程中如果类型CTLCOLOR_STATIC时候，返回空画笔。
