基于最速下降法的混合遗传算法

小波分解去燥程序，在函数中加入白噪声，然后利用小波变换，进行去除噪声的处理，效果不错。(Wavelet decomposition to dry process, the white noise is added to the function, and use wavelet transform, remove noise processing, effect is good.)
