说明: 为提高海军舰艇的生存能力和满足减少人员编制要求,重新配置自动恢复服务可以执行恢复断电负荷。本文提出了一种自动规则为基础的电功率系统对海军舰艇重构专家系统方法,确定必要的控制操作恢复供电后战斗损伤或级联故障断电负荷。(The electric-power systems in US Navy ships supply energy to sophisticated systems for weapons, communications, navigation and operation. Faults in a shipboard power system (SPS) may occur owing to material casualties of electrical components or widespread faults owing to battle damage. These faults may interrupt the supply of electrical energy to loads that are not faulty or damaged. To enhance survivability of naval ships and meet reduced manning requirements, automatic reconfiguration for service restoration may be performed to restore the de-energised loads. The paper presents an automatic rule-based expert-system method for reconfiguration of electric-power systems on naval ships which determines the control operations necessary to restore power supply to de-energised loads after battle damage or cascading faults. A case study is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method)

The objective of this chapter is to design a robust controller to achieve outstanding
formation flight of unmanned aerial vehicles and to accurately track the desired path while
facing unknown disturbances. In other words, the goal is to design the autopilot laws to
enforce the desired formation by following the guidance commands. Given a non-linear
mathematical model of a quadrotor (X-shaped rotorcraft), a smooth controller composed of
three time-scaled nested controllers is developed using sliding mode control driven by
sliding mode disturbance observer techniques based on inversion of rotorcraft dynamics
and quaternions mathematical representation.

Side impact accidents against a tree or pole remainthe most dangerous accident scenarios in rally
cars. Statistical data shows that 52 of the fatalities between 2004 and 2009 concern crashes
against a rigid pole by the track sides, whilst among those more than 60 were side impacts. Despite
the present scientific efforts, rallying cars side impacts are still among the least understood primarily
due to limited space between the occupant and door sill, evolving safety regulations and vehicle
dynamics.

heavy overload forecasting based on RF
说明: 针对使用传统分类器预测配变重过载会因为重过载样本率较低而带来的总正确率很高,重过载预测正确率却很低这一问题,将重抽样与随机森林理论引入分类模型中,构建重抽样-随机森林分类器对配变重过载进行预测。结果表明,新方法在预测配变日重过载类型、重过载开始与结束时间、重过载严重程度方面有较高的准确率。(For the problem of using the traditional classifier to predict the distribution of heavy overload, the total correct rate is high because of the low overload sample rate, and the accuracy of the heavy overload prediction is very low. The resampling and random forest theory are introduced into the classification model. In the construction, the re-sampling-random forest classifier is used to predict the heavy-duty overload. The results show that the new method has higher accuracy in predicting the type of daily variable overload, the start and end time of heavy overload, and the severity of heavy overload.)
