课题是城市生活垃圾收运线路的优化，问题是：有数量不同载重的垃圾车从转运站出发，经历32的垃圾点收集垃圾后又回到转运站。各垃圾点之间的距离矩阵有了，各点的位置也确定，要求用matlab语言编程实现一条最短路径使运输距离最短，费用最小。
