这是在网上找的投影法字符分割的基础上进行调试的，网上下载的部分代码没有详细注释，本人通过自己琢磨，给出了比较详细的注释，上传上来，希望和大家一起分享，当然，由于本人能力有限，该代码还有一些地方有待改进，希望有能力的调试出来给大家分享出来，一起进步
