我收集得最全的有关图像处理的程序了将近四十种包括分割，边缘检测等等而且都有试验图片-I collected most of the image processing program for nearly 40 kinds, including segmentation, edge detection, etc. and have test picture

这是一个实现离散余弦变换的程序，包括普通的离散余弦变换和整数离散余弦变换，可以轻松的移植到你的程序中-This is a realization of discrete cosine transform procedures, including ordinary integer discrete cosine transform and discrete cosine transform can be easily transplanted into your program

visual c++数字图象处理典型算法及实现-visual c++ typical digital image processing algorithm and realize

模式识别的一些预处理知识源程序，初学者在编制程序时可以参考- Two programs are included in this directory: STK2RAS takes a stroke file as input and converts it into a bit-per-pixel representation (along with some header information, see RASHEADR.H). The output of the STK2RAS program is a .RAS file. The GRID1 program found in this directory is a PM program which takes a .RAS file as input and displays the image. Notice that the GRID1 program uses run length compression. See class RLCX to scale the image.

该程序可以实现图形的旋转，水平镜像，垂直镜像，缩放，剪切等-The program can realize the rotation of graphics, the level of the mirror, vertical mirror, zoom, shear, etc.

Ｃ++实现的由匀速直线运动造成的模糊图象进行模糊和复原操作，图像要求２５６色-C achieved by the uniform linear motion blurred image caused by the fuzzy and recovery operations, require 256-color image
