本程序是自己以前的毕业设计的程序，主要是实现的行人的检测、跟踪及计数问题，因为看到很多帖子里面都有这方面的提问，所以自己在此上传以前的毕业设计，也希望可以帮到需要的人。本次主要是利用HOG+SVM对行人作出检测，后进行跟踪及计数的，可以实现基本的功能，但是还是会有一些不足的地方，主要表现在耗时方面。
