孔径特性对非织造材料的渗透、过滤、分离等性能有很大的影响，对于包含有2种以上不同种类纤维的基于水刺开纤的双组份纺粘非织造材料，孔径结构和孔隙形态更是复杂的。在对PET-PA6橘瓣型双组份纺粘水刺非织造结构研究的基础上，尝试建立基于平行随机分割的双组份非织造材料孔径预测模型分析双组份纺粘-水刺非织造材料的孔径分布。研究发现孔径预测模型所得的理论曲线和实验值重合性较好，经对比认为基于平均随机分割理论的双组份非织造材料孔径预测模型可以很好的预测的双组份纺粘非织造材料的孔径分布，同时对材料的开纤率和纤维细度对孔径的影响进行了理论预测分析。 clf; d=(0:0.0000005:0.00003); d1=d*1000000; %sr=(0:0.02:1); sr=0.8;
