卷积运算是指从图像的左上角开始，开一个与模板同样大小的活动窗口，窗口图像与模板像元对应起来相乘再相加，并用计算结果代替窗口中心的像元亮度值。然后，活动窗口向右移动一列，并作同样的运算。以此类推，从左到右、从上到下，即可得到一幅新图像。
