基于socket及tkinter实现聊天室

通过ping命令批量测试主机是否通畅，如果不通可以发送报警邮件到指定邮箱，所有测试结果保存在指定的txt文件中。邮箱参数，循环测试时间间隔可以在ini文件里面配置。非常适合网络管理人员使用。(ping hosts in list file,log results to txt file,sending alert mail to your mailbox.)
