本程序给出一个利用高斯法近似求解病态方程的解的例子(This program gives a Gaussian approximation method for solving equations morbid examples)

说明：  实现给定图像中目标的有效监测，并根据颜色对目标分割。(The object can be detector, and it is segmented by the color.)

将原始载体图片经过一维冗余离散小波变换分成四个子频带，分别对每个子频带进行奇异值分解， 将水印图片灰度值直接按比例缩小嵌入到奇异值矩阵中，再将此矩阵进行一次奇异值分解得到奇异值当做此子带的奇异值， 重建此子带矩阵，而后将进行反冗余离散小波变换得到嵌入载体后的水印图像。(The original image after the one-dimensional vector redundant discrete wavelet transform is divided into four subbands, respectively, of each sub-band for the singular value decomposition, the watermark image gray value scale down directly embedded into the matrix singular value, then this matrix is ​ ​ a Singular value decomposition singular value as the singular values ​ ​ of this sub-band, the reconstruction of this sub-band matrix and after anti-redundant discrete wavelet transform watermark image after embedding the carrier.)

实现ICM算法（条件迭代模型）对于灰度图像的分割(Achieve ICM algorithm (iterative model conditions) for the gray-scale image segmentation)

滑窗计算刀具磨损量，拟合刀具边界，自动计算磨损量(sliding window based tool wear calculation)

线性非局部均值滤波器用于图像处理中的去除噪声平滑图像，能够较好的保持图像的边缘(Linear non-local mean filter for image processing to remove noise smoothing of images, to better maintain the image edge)

说明：  tiff图像的读取与处理，并且说明清新，有很大的帮助。(The reading and processing of the tiff image, and the description of the fresh, is of great help.)

利用传统的SVM-HOG算法，进行行人检测(HOG-SVM algorithm for pedestrian detection)
