说明：  本设计为基于MATLAB的指纹识别系统。本设计系统主要对指纹图像进行三方面处理：图像预处理、特征提取和特征匹配。图像预处理包括四个步骤：图像灰度化、滤波增强、二值化、细化，对指纹图像进行预处理后，去除了原图像的冗余部分，方便后续的识别处理；特征提取主要是提取指纹图像细化后的端点和分叉点；特征匹配是利用两个指纹的图像进行特征点比较，来确定两幅图像是否来自于同一手指。(This design is a fingerprint identification system based on MATLAB. This system mainly deals with fingerprint image in three aspects: image preprocessing, feature extraction and feature matching. Image preprocessing includes four steps: image grayscale, filter enhancement, binarization and thinning. After preprocessing the fingerprint image, the redundant part of the original image is removed for the convenience of subsequent recognition processing. Feature extraction is mainly to extract the endpoint and bifurcation points after thinning the fingerprint image. Feature matching is to determine the two images by comparing the feature points of the two fingerprint images Whether the image comes from the same finger.)

B样条曲面方法，通过b样条曲面的拟合得到图像的背景，减去背景图像就能得到重要内容的图像，除去了背景对图像内容的干扰，也可解决光照不均的问题(algorithms for cytoplasm segmentation of fluorescence labelled cells)

距离多普勒成像算法，包含运动补偿距离徙动回波构造距离压缩方位压缩(Distance Doppler imaging algorithm, including motion compensation distance migration echo structure compression compression azimuth compression)

RANSAC算法实现数据拟合，用此算法可以实现多视角图像匹配等(RANSAC algorithm for data fitting, using this algorithm can realize multi-angle image matching, etc.)

该算法首先通过字典学习得到含噪图像的冗余字典，然后对相似的图像块进行聚类构成块群，并通过迭代收缩和L1正则化约束，对同类的图像块在字典上进行稀疏表示，以达到降噪的目的。实验结果表明，在常规的图像处理上，本文提出的算法能较好的保留图像的结构信息，与K-SVD和BM3D等现有的流行算法相比，具有更高的峰值信噪比（PSNR）(It firstly get the redundant dictionary of a noised image by dictionary learning.Then,the image patches are gathered according to their similarities.Meanwhile,the similar patches get sparse representation showed in dictionaries by iterative shrinkage and L1 regularization constraints and eventually the image is restored and noise is removed.The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can well preserve the structure information of the common image with a higher Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PNSR),compared with state-of-the-art algorithms,such as K-SVD and BM3D)

说明：  ：针对显微图像分析、识别需要的全自动控制显微镜，研究开发其相应的图像处理算法。提 出了能量谱自动聚焦评价函数算法、自适应选取基准图的图像拼接算法、改进 Laplacian算子的多层 聚焦图像叠合算法等。该算法模块已成功地应用于所开发的CMIAS 显微医学图像分析系统中，取得 了满意的应用效果。(【ABSTRACT】For the automatic microscope required by micro-image analysis and recognition, the relevant image processing a lgorithms are investigated.
