视频转帧

本人研究生阶段做的项目，线结构光视觉传感器的标定中的激光光条中心的提取。 1、通过JPG、PCX、GIF解码方法，来打开BMP、JPG、PCX、GIF格式图像。 2、大津展之法阈值变换，效果较好。 3、三种细化方法，Rosenfold细化、Hildith细化、Pavlidis细化。 4、基于灰度重心法的全分辨率的激光光条中心亚像素坐标的提取。(Calibration )

说明：  sift详细编写,方向等参量，参数取舍详细(sift Detailed compilation of sift, direction and other parameters, detailed selection of parameters sift sift sift sift)

说明：  本算法包括区域生长法和形态学后处理算法，功能实现了皮肤镜图像的病变区域分割，准确度很高，后处理算法对原图的影响很小；(This algorithm includes region growing method and morphological post-processing algorithm. It can segment the lesion area of dermoscopic image with high accuracy, and the post-processing algorithm has little influence on the original image.)

变分模态分解，VMD二维算法及测试示例，用来分解二维图像数据(Decomposition of two-dimensional image data)

何恺明等人研究出的基于暗通道的经典图像去雾算法，不仅可以还原图像的颜色和能见度，同时也能利用雾的浓度来估计物体的距离。(The classic fog removal algorithm based on dark channel, which was developed by He Kaiming and others, not only can restore the color and visibility of images, but also can estimate the distance of objects by using the concentration of fog.)

遥感影像去云补丁，尤其适用于Landsat、Quickbird图像。二次开发，加载即用。(haze tool)

本例功能是显示一个由反走样处理的线段组成的八面体(functions of the cases showed an anti-aliasing by the Line of octahedral)

利用SVM模型来完成对交通标志进行检测和识别(The SVM model is used to detect and identify traffic signs.)
