说明：  将hdf格式转换为tif格式、重投影、重采样(.hdf to .tif, resample)

它不仅具有Gabor变换的六个方向选择性,而且有更小的冗余度(It is not only selective Gabor Transform six directions, but also smaller redundancy )

基于稀疏表示的卡通纹理分解程序，能完成卡通纹理的分解(The program can complete that texture based on sparse decomposition process that cartoon, cartoon texture to complete the decomposition.)

压缩感知CS——采用小波变换进行稀疏表示，高斯随机矩阵为观测矩阵，重构算法为ROMP算法，对256*256的lena图处理，比较原图和ROMP算法在不同采样比例(0.74、0.5、0.3)下的重构效果，并各运行50次，比较算法性能PSNR和每次的运行时间 (Compressed sensing CS- using wavelet transform as sparse representation, Gaussian random matrix as the observation matrix and ROMP algorithm as the reconstruction algorithm. Compare lena figure and the reconstruction results using ROMP algorithm at different sampling ratio (0.74,0.50.3),then each runs 50 times, compare the performance of PSNR and each running time)

Abstract—Noninvasive ultrasound imaging of carotid plaques allows for the development of plaque-image analysis methods associated with the risk of stroke. This paper presents several plaqueimage analysis methods that have been developed over the past years. The paper begins with a review of clinical methods for visual classification that have led to standardized methods for image acquisition, describes methods for image segmentation and denoizing, and provides an overview of the several texture-feature extraction and classification methods that have been applied. We provide a summary of emerging trends in 3-D imaging methods and plaque-motion analysis. Finally, we provide a discussion of the emerging trends and future directions in our concluding remarks.
