利用matlab对头颅图像进行三维重建的实用算法(Practical three-dimensional image reconstruction algorithm using matlab)

说明：  基于HLS的图像处理，opencv，可供软件人员使用(Image processing based on HLS)

可以实现小目标的检测 ，用matlab语音编写 。(Small targets can be detected, written in MATLAB.)

说明：  对灰度图象进行正交变换,并进行滤波,产生平滑图象(Gray-scale images of the orthogonal transformation, and filtering to produce a smooth image)

自主选择性的查看一幅图像中的部分区域的颜色直方图：允许用户在一幅图像中选择一个矩形区域，通过按住鼠标键画一个矩形，当鼠标放开是，高亮显示矩形框，同时在另一个独立的窗口中，使用画图函数画一个图表（选定区域的颜色直方图），分别用蓝，绿，红表示选中区域中每种颜色的像素数量。(Self-selective color in an image to view a partial area of ​ ​ the histogram: Allows the user to select a rectangular area in an image by holding down the mouse button to draw a rectangle when the mouse is released, the highlighted rectangle, Meanwhile in a separate window, using the drawing functions to draw a chart (selected color histogram region), respectively, with blue, green, red indicates the number of pixels in the selected area of ​ ​ each color.)

说明：  去除图像中的横向条纹，能有效恢复出原始图像(remove images of horizontal stripes, can be effectively restored from the original image)

图像去噪的评价指标ENL, SSIM, PSNR,SNR,EPI(The evaluation indexes of image denoising are ENL, SSIM, PSNR,SNR and EPI)

本程序的细化算法要应用于含线条的黑白二值图像才可以看出细化效果。(This procedure should be applied to the thinning algorithm with two lines of black-and-white image before thinning effect can be seen.)

能计算一幅噪声图像的加权峰值信噪比，以评价各种图像去噪方法的效果(Can calculate an image of the weighted noise PSNR to evaluate the effect of image denoising methods)
