说明:  MMC中IGBT损耗计算与结温模块(计算开关周期内的损耗,公式可以参考 电工技术学报 WXP先生 2018-12-14 的一篇文献),还有一对VT+VD的Foster。公式及其实现没有问题,仿真过程可能出现代数环,如果有自己的Foster或者Cauer最好。(power loss calculation&junction temperature detection of IGBT in MMC)
