1.6 尺度不变特征提取

实现图像的旋转，根据旋转矩阵进行旋转,并对结果进行调整(rotate picture)

说明：  图像处理基于harris角点特征的图像配准程序(Image processing based on the characteristics of harris corner image registration procedures)

在信号与系统中，用希尔伯特变换对最小相位信号的实部和虚部进行相互变换，同时包含连续时间傅里叶变换(CTFT),反连续时间傅里叶变换（ICTFT），离散时间傅里叶变换（DTFT），反离散时间傅里叶变换（IDTFT）的程序(In signal and system, transform the real and imaginary part of the signal with minimum phase using Hilbert Transform. CTFT,ICTFT,DTFT and IDTFT are also included.)

用SAV函数实现分析图像数据的实用程序，功能上基本可以实现的。(with HBV Function analysis of image data of practical procedures, the basic function can be realized.)

说明：  使用log-Gabor滤波器对图像进行滤波程序。(The use of log-Gabor filter image filtering process.)

利用块匹配稳像算法实现视频去抖动。 主程序入口位于shakeproof.m(shakeproof.m main function. emba.m exhaustive macro block matching algorithm. splitmv.m split mv field into backgroud and foreground. hist2d.m 2d histogram function.)

视网膜图像中血管的提取和检测，高斯滤波器模板匹配法提取血管，然后进行血管剔除(Retinal image of blood vessels in the extraction and detection, gaussian filter template matching method to extract the blood vessels, and blood vessels )
