构建了一种新的Harris多尺度角点检测算法,角点的图像配准算法的配准精度(Construction of a new multi-scale Harris corner detection algorithm, corner of the image registration algorithm for registration accuracy)

说明：  对于一些图像来说，常用的边缘检测算法有时候无法设立合适的阈值将它们的梯度较小的模糊边缘检测出来。为了解决这个问题，有两种解决方法：将图像方差标准化，拉大模糊边缘的梯度值，或通过设置sigmoid函数，将像素所在区域的信息传递到梯度值中去，对其进行调整，就能找到合适阈值，有效地将模糊边缘提取出来。本程序把这两种算法实现并与与传统算法进行了比较。(For some images, the commonly used edge detection algorithm sometimes can not be an appropriate threshold for the gradient of their smaller fuzzy edge detected. 实现了一个图像分块的DCT去噪算法，用于学习参考(We achieve an image block DCT denoising algorithm, for learning reference)

图像移动，随着鼠标移动图像，可以自由在空间内平移(image auto move)

说明：  雷达成像仿真程序，模拟点阵成像，距离多普勒成像方法RD(radar imaging ,range doppler method)

JPEG2000图像压缩算法，可计算压缩比，MSE，PSNR等参数(JPEG2000 image compression algorithm, you can calculate the compression ratio, MSE, PSNR and other parameters)

说明：  铁轨线检测，可以完成对直轨和弯轨的检测，效果较好(Rail line detection, can complete the detection of straight rail and curved rail, the effect is good)
